Visita a San Gimignano

                                                       ''San Gimignano''
Today I went to San Gimignano, a small fascinating medieval city in Tuscany. The city that is surrounded by walls and thirteen towers transports us to the medieval times with its small streets that forms a maze and all those buildings that are all preserved. At old times the towers meant power so during the XII and XIII centuries the families built them to show how important they were; the higher is your tower more powerful you are. The city prospered because was located on the path from north to Rome. At the same time that it’s a very small city there are a significant range of good restaurants, arts and shops. The city that is on the top of a hill has an amazing landscape to take pictures, appreciate and feel the airs of Tuscany. Is the second time that I've been there and I would go many other just to enjoy the beauty of the place so I recommend to everyone. That’s a short narrative about my journey in Tuscany.
